Pet Policy

Pet Policy – 2850 Webster Avenue

We understand that pets are part of the family. At 2850 Webster Avenue, we welcome small pets in accordance with our community guidelines to ensure a safe, healthy, and respectful living environment for all residents.

Permitted Pets:

  • Cats and small dogs (under 40 lbs.)

  • Birds and fish (in appropriate enclosures)

  • Service animals and emotional support animals are permitted in compliance with applicable laws, regardless of size or breed

Pet Guidelines:

  • Limit of one pet per household

  • All pets must be registered with management upon move-in or acquisition

  • Proof of current vaccinations and applicable licenses required

  • Pets must be house-trained and non-aggressive

  • Dogs must be leashed in all common areas

  • Residents are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, both indoors and outdoors

Pet Deposit:

  • None

Additional Notes:

  • Management reserves the right to deny or revoke pet privileges if community guidelines are not followed

  • Noise complaints or aggressive behavior may result in a reassessment of pet residency
